1957 Corvette in progress - come back often to see new updates!
The beginning point of our Corvette. The first step is to carefully remove the old lacquer paint. We use a less envasive media as not to hurt the fiberglass underneath.
The Corvette has been stripped of paint and we can now inspect the fiberglass for cracks and imperfections,
This old gal will get a lot of TLC in the upcoming weeks.
The real work begins: final disassembly, doors, trunk lid and hood. Sanding begins in earnest along with surface and crack repair. The body is heading to it's first coat of primer.
