We at CRC perform many areas of metal fabrication including body panel replacement. Replacement panels are not always obtainable for all cars, so at CRC, we can fabricate almost any body panel from scratch utilizing the English wheel and lots of experience. Our crew includes specialized professionals in all areas of auto restoration.

The best way to finish a radius on a wheel well is to hand form the lip from the sheet metal on the car's panel. We don't weld on a pipe and use body filler to make a flair. The sheetmetal is carefully hammered to create a reveal and bent inside to form a permanent lip matching the front fender. The finished look is worth the effort! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| These photos (below) show a custom stretch on a quarter panel to house a pro-street mega tire application. A section is completely cut out, split in two and the panel is then re-welded back on the body in a lengthened position. A small piece of sheet metal is then added in the gap and the result is a near stock appearance that will accommodate a much larger tire. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
